After a busy day at work followed by a busy evening we can sometimes feel our bodies are tired, our minds are full yet desperate to unwind, and yet mentally our thoughts feel busy and what we call ‘wired’. This is because we haven’t allowed ourselves the time for our hormones to calm and our minds to settle.
This 8 minute track is designed to help listeners to segway from the busyness of the working day to home life or to listen to in bed just before going to sleep. By taking 10 minutes out, listeners:
